Unividual Online Meetup with Tim and Debbie Freke
Held on the second Thursday of every month (18:30-20:00 Beijing Time)
This is a monthly Zoom meet up with Japanese translation, designed for English and Japanese speakers of all nationalities in this time zone. This online gathering will accelerate your soul's evolution based on the philosophy of ‘Unividualism’ and the experience of Oneness that it leads to.

Tim will share ideas that open you up to new ways of seeing, and powerful practices that include guided meditation and gazing. There will also be Q&A sessions with Tim, as well as an embodiment meditation for physical and emotional health with his wife, body specialist Deborah.
Tim asks deep questions and enables us to have deep experiences together. His essential message is that we are on an incredible journey in this vast universe and that our lives really matter. He wants to help us make the most of being alive
About the online program
Tim explains “I've been doing retreats for 20 years now and wonderful things happen when we all come together to change our state of consciousness. What we are doing online is a little different but also very powerful. People who come to a retreat gather together, but then return to their daily lives. Our online program allows us to engage deeply with each other on a regular basis and that really helps us bring our spiritual insights into everyday experience.”
What is gazing
Tim explains “I will lead an online version of the soul-to-soul gazing that he has cultivated for over 20 years. We connect so deeply we commune together in great love. I hope that you will begin to look really deeply at the person you are with. Look at that person with great love and heartfelt appreciation and you see that no matter what we look like or what our past may be, we are beautiful. When you have that kind of love and the desire to truly see the other person, the other person will also feel that feeling. You can receive it and realize how truly amazing you are.”
Awakening of the Body by Deborah
Tim’s wife Debbie is a body specialist who will help you develop a healthy relationship with your body and emotions. She will guide relaxing and enlivening ‘embodied meditations’ and ‘body mantra practices’ to encourage you to care for yourself body and soul.
